I LOVE THIS VIDEO!!! I have seen a variation, but I do not recall exactly where. Perhaps, this is the original. It does not matter how many times I watch it...the tears begin when those that are lonely step forward. I am struck by the immediate smiles and laughter of the group and the evolution of the softening between “labeled” groups. I love that the entire group represented those “who acknowledge the courage in others,” and I believe that it was the words reflecting “acknowledge” not total acceptance that bridge the devisive rift between the labeled groups. Unfortunatley, we live in a society too quick to label others and in doing so, we become devisive. The OU community could use the lessons from this video. For that matter, the State of Oklahoma, the United States, and even the world. I wholeheartedly believe that there is more that brings us together than that which tears us apart. This video is a reminder to more forward peacefully, acknowledge the difference and courage in others, and do NOT be so quick to judge or label others. LOVE ONE ANOTHER!!!
